You can go to settings and then click on notification settings. You can turn on/off all kinds of notifications there(except club notifications). There's also a preference option to set the notifications alert for web, mobile and email. But, if you are getting emails, then I think there will be an option at the bottom of the emails to unsubscribe from future newsletters.

Is it possible to have two chess.com accounts linked to the same email? I have unsubscribed from the club notifications utilizing the method you described, but am unfortunately still receiving emails.
