oh yes.. i have to turn the PGN into a gif ... but only through chess.com and we can only "Paste" the PGN to be converted... we cannot upload the pgn file... i want a pgn viewing/\copying app.
How do i "upload" a PGN file onto chess.com?
well if you use windows, then use windows paint. Just open the file then export it into the type of file you want.
I cannot open the PGN file. That is why i cant copy the moves from it.. its a long game also. Is there any option other than "Paste PGN"? The file opens in my default chess program.
If you use Windows, locate the pgn file using File Explorer.
Right-click on it. Open With Notepad (or any text editor).
It will look similar to this:

copy the entire text.
Open the game viewerusing the littel chessboard icon in the header bar
and paste it where it says "Load PGN"
Next to the board icon is the image upload button
Hello, I have a PGN I'd like to analyze. In which section can I find the upload button? I looked into Home, Play, Puzzle, Learn, etc. Can't find it. Thanks!
