On the iOS app, "Forums" is part of the main menu. When viewing a post, there's a Reply button in the bottom right corner:

Sorry, what i meant was I can't quote reply. I can reply, but no option to quote on the app like in the browser version.

Ah - I guess that's not part of the functionality on the mobile apps. I can't say I'm surprised - quoting can take up a lot of screen real estate space, which wouldn't work very well on a mobile device.

I can't quote reply through my phone app (Android), but if I access chess.com through my phone's browser (Edge), then I can.
