How do you change the warning time from 15 seconds?

It's completely worthless to get a "15 seconds remaining" notification in a 0 increment game.  How does one change that to something actually useful?

You can't be serious!?  This is completely worthless.  Why even have a warning at all then?

I agree the feature is worthless and the fact that they still havent put in the fix tells me about them. They have features on here that not 1% have seen or need but im sure that 75% would love to be able to set their own warning time.
