Actually you shouldn't make the move. On the right panel, you should choose the moves. If you are making a random and unobvious move that the site does not have in its database, then this problem will happen.

Doesn't work, can't get hindsight 20/20
For introspection, you will need VIP because when I tried it, the database stopped at move 4
Uhh I know you should find gothamchesses user id and then go to achievements which one you are looking for just click on that.+ For Introspection you have to play a game of four player chess
But if it doesn't work then tell this to chess.com
