I have purchased one month Diamond subscription through paypal.
I cannot pay using credit cards but I read on FAQ that you can send your money to order@chess.com with Paypal. All it said that I was required to do was to notify the support team after I paid the money. Well I have made the purchase and I have notified chess.com with both email and a support ticket.
How long would it take for me to receive my membership? I know I might sound childishly impatient but I have waited almost 2 weeks for my bank transfer to Paypal to clear. I waited a full day after I paid to chess.com and still no membership!
Is there some process that Chess.com has to go through to verify that I have actually made the purchase? Is that why it's taking so long?
Sorry it's my first time subscribing to chess.com. I am just too excited.
