- The report hasn't been processed
- The results are inconclusive
- The games were considered clean
how long for a cheater to get banned?

Can someone contact chess.com, and tell them to unban my account for my school Chromebook. Chess is all I can play on it and it keeps saying Error RG45, I was playing rapid and suddenly got banned, I wasn’t cheating. My account name was “Clownpierce9870”. Chess.com if you see this, I had a lot of blunders but I won like 20 games in a row mostly due to resignation or timeout. So, take this message into consideration and please unban that account.

You should have received am email on the account associated with the closed account about your options and how to contact staff.

today i played a game, and i wasnt cheating, but i got 97.9 accuracy, and the other guy was 1162 before he lost, and i was 1108 before i won, so im a little bit concerned about the possibility of cheating, but also just to point out, my lowest accuracy game was about 29, but i think that was when i was like 700
