As far as I know only an admin or superadmin (must be a premium member) can manage players, i.e. to make someone an admin/SA and since your SA hasn`t been here for ages I think you should contact a staff member for I believe they would be able to appoint a new admin for you.

The problem has been solved thanks to your good help!
I just received a message from kohai appointing me as Super Administrator!
Now I can start to reshape "the Hawks" Team!

I am a member of a Team called "The Hawks" and the SuperAdministrator and the sole Administrator both left the Team.
The Team had only 11 members but two that are completely inactive on the group.
Me and one other player have the intention to recover the group being Administrators and then start inviting other players to join.
How can we be appointed?
