How to cancel membership billing for an account I forgot the details to?

So I have a Chess.com account that I forgot the details of, so I can't log in to the account or even remember its username. I am trying to cancel a premium subscription from that account. Is it possible to contact Chess.com to cancel the subscription based off of the billing info such as the card used for the membership billing?
