Support are totally useless. Alwaay sent answer - wait one or two bussines day and then nothing. Weeks and months later there is no answer. There is support only for special players not for everyone. Change my mind but they are sleepy poor things that do nothing.

During my game after 18 moves it was a winning position for me but suddenly after having a brilliant network connection it showed "Game Aborted"

There was a live server restart. When that happens all ongoing games are aborted

I have also recorded the screen so it shows how mi internet connections never goes down more than one line. Is always the same. I kindly ask what should i do in this situations ? how does this work now, my rating drop and my competition I playing in I lose 15 points, there too.
