Thank you. I am happy to know that I have the access to the email directly related to my original account. I've just sent a support ticket message to them explaining the situation. Now hoping for an early answer!

It's not against the rules to disable your old account and then create a new one. You just can't have two active accounts at the same time.

You should have received a message on the email address associated with the closed account that has your options, including the possibility of an appeal.

My account got banned and whenever i log in with my Google it kept saying cant loging the acc is disabled plus it is not this account the account name is pragganandhavsmagnus and email is a1649@ pls can anybody help me
I just got disabled for opening another account.
for 2 years, I just reached 1300 elo and I got exited for it because I've won without a queen by bishop rook checkmate, I got exited to see the game reviews but my game review limit has been reached, so I open my other account to check the reviews, and when I go back to my main account It got disabled. I don't know if you have multiple accounts you got banned. I've contacted the support and only recieve to open my gmail for more information, but it's not there. you can check all of my game history, there's no suspect activity, pure skill. my main username account is fairusqwerty

Multiple accounts are only allowed with site approval.

I disabled my own account 3 years ago. It is important for me to recover it now. I only remember my old username. How can i recover it? Can any staff member help me?
