How to get refunded for Diamond membership?

I don't know what happened I just saw that Chess.com deducted an annual payment of $99 for Diamond membership when I didn't even switch to that subscription. How can I contact them to get my refund? I am also unable to unsubcribe from diamond.

Wait I am having a similar problem for 2 months 99.99 has been deducted from my bank account and I didn’t even purchase a subscription

No point in telling us. Write to support@chess.com and include the date, member name, etc.  A copy of your credit card or bank statement showing who the money went to wouldn't hurt.

No I am the only one, but I don’t remember purchasing a membership especially for 99.99. I downloaded the app free to play. Unless there was a free trial I was unaware of

Same happened to me a week or so ago it was paid through PayPal as an automatic payment each year. I’ve had that for 9 years consecutively and all of a sudden even after payment on 02nd of July. Just thought I’d share this. I’ve already had a reply from them, and understand the response time is varied but that’s cool. Just waiting for the reply back about the membership. Hope you got your matter sorted. 👍
