How to insert game into forum post

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to insert a game played on chess.com to a forum post.

When I click on the chessboard icon I get a number of options how to insert the game. I've saved it (tho I have no idea where it's saved), saved as PGN, tried copy/pasting the PGN file, no luck ( copy but no paste). I cannot load the chess.com url (unable to load, little red 'NO' circle), etc. but I simply cannot figure out how to insert a game into a post.

What am I doing wrong?

It was the 1st thing I did, look it up in help & support. I've tried every option on the game board icon except 'set up game' and 'load from FGN'

I copy/pasted the URL of the game (https://www.chess.com/game/computer/34138) into the 'paste game URL field' but when I try to do so I get a little white circle with a red bar indicating it's not an option when I hover over the load button

I saved the games PGN file. When I tried 'Load from PGN' I copied the PGN file but it won't let me paste it into the Load PGN field.

Nothing seems to work as described in the help-support/how-to-insert-game-into-forum-post

Obviously there is a way to do it as I see games posted in the forums all the time, ala:

Through, if you are up to date, it could be plugins and/security software blocking scripts. 

So I tried with Chrome and same results. 

The only security software I'm running is Microsoft Security Essentials and it was turned off

Is this feature only available to premium/diamond members? I'm merely platinum

Success! I had to pull up the SAVED analysis, not the games analysis view then copy/paste that URL (different URL than game analysis view) into the ‘load from url’ option. 

Not at all as described in the help-support faq

The whole point of wanting to post this game is to ask this question: I never played this game. Well, I did (as White) but I won. Why is this outcome in my list of played games?

Go to the end where I’m checkmated. I may not be a great player but I would never NEVER allow my king to end up in the middle of the board virtually surrounded by pieces with the D file open to a rook

That is a vs Bot game and those are only saved if you manually save them. So, one thought is the save option is bugged and it saved it with colors reversed. 

I haven't saved any bot games yet, so don't know if that could be it though.

I could be wrong but I don't think that was the way the game was played even if the colors were reversed. I can't remember any game where my opponent managed to leave their king in such a bad position. Like it's a random game thrown into my record. Not a biggy, I don't chase win/loss records or ratings. I just thought it very strange
