How to message multiple people?

I want to know how can we send a particular message to many people.

I tried some ways but I think we don't have any such option. What do you guys think?

if they are on your friends list though you can post a blog and people will get an alert

Make an open rating, invite only, tournament.

Name the tournament "Mass message. Not a tournament."

Send invitations/messages.

I do not think there is a specific policy against this type of spam. There may be a policy once you try this.

You could always make some copypasta (use copy and paste).
