Resolved: How to play live game with friend online ?

Dear all,

I added my friend in the list and I see him online. So, how can I play live game with him ? I read instruction that just go to "seek" , but I tried and couldn't succeed. It is very hard to do that way. Anybody know other way

In Live Chess, once you and they are on each other’s friends list, every time they are in live chess, their username will appear in blue in the chatroom, and will show in your friends list tab in live chess, so you can find them there.

From the friends tab, you can either challenge friends or see if they are already playing, and watch their game using the "observe" link by their name.

If they are chatting in live chess chatroom, you can challenge them by clicking on their name, then on "Challenge"

thank you for your answer. I understand the way you teach me. But I mean... I want to play live chess with my friend. I want to play the limited time games, not the game which can last day by day. Ex : I want 20 min game. It is faster than normal games, right ? By clicking to seek, I have to search manually each player, and I couldn't find my friend. That is what I mean.

What i explained, is for live chess, not per day move games.

When you go into live chess, above the chatroom there is a small tab there called "Friends". Click on that. If your friend is on your friends list, and is in live chess the same time you are, you will see their name in that list so you can challenge them.

If they are on your friend list, but not showing in that live chess Friend tab, they are not currently in live chess.
