How to play with another person on one device?

Does anyone know how to play with another person on one device? I can find the pass and play option on mobile but not on PC. Can someone direct me to it?

There is no Pass and Play on the browser interface.  My recommendation would be to use the Analysis board (https://www.chess.com/analysis) and turn off the engine.
