My old account abhishekgrylls was closed because of some reasons and the appeal to unban it, is also denied but they given a chance to create new one and promised to give back username and email to my new account from my closed account. So i created this account but they aren't responding i sent more than 10 mails. Now I'm getting over it! If they don't respond within a day. I'll close this account also and I'll be complete off to lichess

Staff have a lot of tickets to work through. It can take a few days to get to your ticket/email.

If you look at the profile, it will have the general reason, but you should also have received an email on the address associated with the account explaining it.
That said, having more than one account, without staff approval, isn't allowed either.
