What do you mean you lost your account? If it was closed by staff I the profile will have a reason with a link explaining it

the thing is both 2 usernames connect to one email account, they banned the email account. I wonder what the " GET BACK TO CHESS" option is for? Does anybody know ?

The get back option opens a second chance account.

I am writing to appeal the recent disablement of my daughter's account, aevrilll, due to alleged unfair play. We were surprised and disappointed to receive this notification, as my daughter is a genuine and enthusiastic chess player.

(Before suggesting for me to check my Emails, I was going back and forth in checking messages. We already tried to activate her account but even after that, she still could not log in, it still said "account closed". I already tried contacting the support team, but they did not answer me at all. This is my last hope)

I have an account isiueizk which got closed for fair play violations. Which then sent me an email saying get back to chess which I did. Aafter which it sent an email stating to activate the account. which I also did and the new account is named CaspianFinloReal. This happened yesterday and when I logged on today it signed me out and wouldn't let me log in saying it is closed bu when I go back to the previous email it says the account is still active. Pls help get the account back.

Are you logging in with account name or email? If you're using one, try the other and make sure your browser isn't trying to use auto-complete to fill out the information

You should receive an email on the address associated with the closed account with your options, including am appeal of the closure.

Be sure to check your junk/spam folders

If you look at the profile it will give the general closure reason along with a link to an article explaining that closure type.

My Chess.com Closed Account is @DragoBlagojev - no idea why. I had a lot of wining, but with low acuracy and not consistent. I did for a month puzzles every day and got that result. There is a year sub on it. I got the screen message: Please check your email for a message from Chess.com with more info on why your account was closed and the next steps for you to take. If you don't have an email like that, please check your spam and junk folders. - Well, the PROBLEM is there is NO any email from chess.com anywhere to be found. Bot just say to look it in the spam and junk. It is NOT there. Where to write, what to do now??

She clearly cheated, she won like 10 games in a row with 95-100 accuracy.

You can use the support tool in the menu and if it doesn't offer to transfer to staff, try something like contact an agent

Was there any reason that my alt RonPerez123 got banned? Because i haven't played for two days in that acc and i played some games. Then when i was playing with a friend POOF! gone. Can you please do something about this???
