The email address associated with the closed account should have received information about the closure and the options available.
My Chess.com Closed Account is .... - no idea why. I had a lot of wining, but with low acuracy and not consistent. I did for a month puzzles every day and got that result. There is a year sub on it. I got the screen message: Please check your email for a message from Chess.com with more info on why your account was closed and the next steps for you to take. If you don't have an email like that, please check your spam and junk folders. - Well, the PROBLEM is there is NO any email from chess.com anywhere to be found. Bot just say to look it in the spam and junk. It is NOT there. Where to write, what to do now??
You can use the support tool in the menu and if it doesn't offer to transfer to staff, try something like contact an agent

One of my old accounts got hacked, and somebody is still using it. Shouldn't it be closed, since it's originally my account. But I have had 5 accounts, but it's inappropriate for somebody to be using one of my accounts, probably a moderator.
You should contact Support directly about that possibility. Though, it's also possible a different member got the name and the original account was renamed.

Untrue, they've even kept the same avatar as I set for that account. And no this website doesn't rename original accounts, or I'd be plain rich like I used to be. But Force-Ghost means I've come back, but then again maybe I shouldn't have .... You need to get you're facts right.
Contact support about the issue. You could also reopen your @Rich account if you let them know.

The site does rename accounts. Premium members can request inactive usernames and it used to be that anyone could do that

I know how it works and what's possible. I'm not saying that's what happened in this case but it does happen. It's also true that an account doesn't doesn't get reopened unless requested and the person requesting it has to have the same email address associated with the account or have other information to prove it belonged to them.

Only your friend can get their account reopened. They'll need to contact Support directly

You should have received an email on the address associated with the account with your options. One of those is an appeal. That is the only possibility of getting the account restored but the vast majority of appeals are not granted as the site doesn't close accounts unless they are extremely certain
