You can appeal an account closure by opening a ticket with support.

Depending on the actual reason, they may not allow it to open. Also, the site only allows one account per member:

But this account has been open for a while, so if you had another one, you had more than one. If support opens the other one, you would need to close this one.

Just as I said earlier, you couldn't open another account without support's permission when your main one was banned for fair play or abuse. (I'm not really sure about mandatory closing)

BTW, if you open too much accounts without support's permission, I heard that you could get your IP banned. If I were you, I'd be careful out there.

people would probably set matches between their two accounts and deliberately win so they could get their rating up. that kinda defeats the purpose of ratings so obviously anyone who has been found to be using 2 accounts for the purpose of cheating will be banned. and remember chess.com only bans accounts once they know for certain have broken the rules
