You should have received an email on the address associated with the closed account with your options. One of those is an appeal, but those are rarely granted. Unless the appeal is granted the account won't be opened.

The site only closes accounts if they're sure.

Sharing accounts is against the site TOS and using outside resources is something that permanently closes an account.
