How to set up a blank analysis board

Is there a way to make a board set-up like how they have it in analysis? https://prnt.sc/qmv9kz Essentially I can plays moves, have them recorded, rewind, etc. I can flip the board around for visual effects and check the computer to have it give me sample opposition moves to check. I could probably get by using the analysis board with a game, even if I'd prefer a blank slate to start with, but if someone more familiar with the site could point out a more efficient or useful method than my current concept that would be appreciated.
