You should be able to get the tool to contact an agent by typing something along those lines, after asking your question, as specifically as you can.
I think you can contact by email but it might take longer.

It just keeps directing me to more articles. After I’ve asked the question and said I want to talk to a human, the ai doesn’t do anything or says that is not possible

It doesn't let me, I just checked and it only lets me do certain options. It doesn't let me type my own message

It seems that if the bot gets confused enough, it will run out of responses and then finally pass the conversation to a human. As seen in the photo of my last post in that thread, I accidentally entered my message before finishing, and since the bot didn't understand what I was saying, it sent my message to a human. I am yet to receive a response from support yet, so hopefully they aren't ignoring me because the message didn't make any sense, but writing something that didn't make any sense was literally the only way for me to get in contact with a human.
I get the point of having something like an AI support bot to try to help out before having everything sent to a staff member, and I'm sure the bot can answer plenty of questions that people have. However, the bot is far too stubborn, and from my experience, you basically have to write absolute nonsense to get actual human support if it can't answer the questions. It should not be this hard to get help from chess.com support.
