Is There Any Way to Talk to an Actual Staff Member Using the Support Function?

Hello,

A few hours ago, I got muted for spamming. I was unaware of anything I wrote that could possibly be perceived as spamming, so I tried to contact support with the Support function reached from the sidebar to get more information on the reason behind my mute. I remember the last time I used this, and I could contact an actual staff member easily, but I can only seem to get responses from their AI support bot now. The bot can't answer my questions.

Is it possible to get a response from an actual staff member using Support, or will I need to do something else?

Yes it's possible to get the system to open a ticket and support will contact you.

I have a advice for you: Suck it up.
But to answer your question, you can could contact the staff if the bot couldn't figure out what your saying. You'll just have to write a paragraph to confuse the bot. The bot is super stubborn so you'll have to be patient. You also have to click "something else" when you start a conversation.

Do you know how I can get the system to do that? I've tried a bunch of different things and none of them work. Is it as simple as asking it if I can open a ticket for support?

I didn't lol

I'm not sure if someone else logged into my account or something because I'm also apparently following a bunch of new threads:

I've literally never seen these threads before so I guess it's possible someone else got on my account and started spamming, but I'm not 100% sure

Well I just got it to work and this is basically what I did. I wrote something that made no sense:

I was going to write more, but I accidentally pressed the send button. Apparently that's all I needed to do, because now I guess I'll be getting a response from a human.

Thanks

I tried but never got a response through email from them. I guess the reason they never responded was because what I said didn't make much sense, but I couldn't get through the support bot by saying things that actually did make sense.

I'm sure it is possible to reach human support, but I believe the support bot is far too stubborn and makes it quite challenging to reach them.

In my case (three times now), the bot eventually closed the conversation after telling me they'd passed on my message and I'd be contacted by email, which I was, each time, within a couple of hours.
