I accidentally purchased the wrong plan.

Hello Chess.com Support Team,

I recently purchased the "Friends & Family" Premium plan by mistake on October 9, 2025.  
I actually intended to purchase the "Diamond" plan instead.

Here are my details:  
- Username: MegaChessRYT  
- Payment Method: Chess.com Website  
- Purchase Date: October 9, 2025  

Could you please help me either change my plan to Diamond and refund me the difference or issue a refund so I can repurchase the correct plan?

There is a 30 day guarantee so you should be able to do it if you contact support

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing related option

When I did that it was like I ran in a circle. I came back to the articles that said go to contact support. What do I do?

Explain your situation completely. If you've done that and the provided information wasn't helpful, they something like "contact an agent" in that same conversation
