I can send bughouse messages like stall and make and chat in notes or forums but I can't send text messages. I haven't received a message regarding any mute or so. The ai support isn't helpful at all.
I don't see any indication you're muted in Play
It doesn't allow me to send message which cost me quite a few games

Open a ticket with the support n maybe try to play on incognito until it's resolved or try gmailing.

You were able to post so your account is activated.
You might check your settings and see if you have chats disabled.
