Same for me, it was a few days ago the same, hours later it was going again. The support do not answer. Strange.
Support will respond sonner or later... remember that they are very busy.
Besides, it's only been half an hour.

cmibu, this is probably to do with the fair play policy or of course is the auto bot on the swear words.

Also please note that it has recently been Thanksgiving Holiday so alot of the staff have been off-site with their families.
I never have done anything to violate the rules! But now it is working again. Strange things. I sent a request to the support 5 days ago.

I'm not sure why you weren't able to play. My response was to the OP.
Your account hasn't been flagged at all. Not even once. I checked support. I wasn't able to see a ticket there for you. I'll check again though.
