Can you try playing the bots using a browser on your phone (instead of the app)?
That would help determine if the problem is with your computer.
I can't play bots on my computer, the 'Play' button is not clickable. Any solutions?

No, tried on the Firefox app on my phone and the play button still isn't functional although other buttons are such as to change bots and difficulty levels. Also tried on Samsung's browser and doesn't work.

It takes a little time for the bot to load after selecting it for the Play button to work. How long depends on your connection
I don't seem to have this problem on my phone but trying to play a bot on my PC doesn't work. I use Firefox browser but it won't work on other browsers either. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?
Also the "Support" function in this site is terrible, you get useless generic answers to specific questions and you can't contact a real person to help, it would be nice to be able to email some actual staff. AI can go take a hike.
