Dear All,

My account has been restricted because it says that I violated rules and policies, however, I don't remember that I did that :S at all.

How do I recover that ???

Avatar of BlueGator456

Well, you recover that by playing as many games as you did abort/disconnect with your friends, but they are making a new solution to the problem for people who don't have any friends. When the new solution comes soon, the banned players will  be able to play, but they can only play or resign until their abort/disconnect percentage goes below the line. The percentage is the games you aborted/disconnected over all of your games total. If you have any more questions, then please go to this forum I created and it might answer all of your questions. If it doesn't, then just post your question there and I will answer it:

Please refer to the link for any questions about it, or if you want more information. The forum that I created has a Contact Help and Support link, a link to the Fair Play Policy, and a link to my blog about the Fair Play Policy.

hey, this is Total B.S... I play on my mobile device and sometimes the service in that area sucks Monkey nuttz, so now i'm banned and can't play because of some B.S Rule... Plus, i don't have friends on this B.S.... OMG, the Developers sucks monkey nutts too. ok i'm kidding they don't suck monkey nutts. More like they just need to fix the BS that goes along with playing on this site... Specially like people who abort, was soon as theey lose their queen, they ask to resign... I hate that ish... they need to band them forever....

Well, like I said, they are coming up with a new solution, where you have to play as many games (and it can be any games, with strangers, with friends, whatever) as you aborted/disconnected games until the percentage of the number of games you aborted over the total games you played goes below the line. Until your percentage goes below the line, you are forced to play or resign. I would suggest adjusting your Filter Settings and your Game Type Settings, so you can get the right opponent. I would also suggest you refer to that forum I created, by pressing the link I provided above, if you have anymore questions because you will probably find them there.

If you don't like rules, don't play the game. The "monkey nutts" business impresses no one.

I know, right? Why can't everyone stop complaining and actually realize that the people who answer their questions about the Fair Play Policy, don't actually make the rules for Chess.com? They are also lifting that rule and putting a less harsher rule in its place! Chess.com could just spend their precious time and work on other problems on the site, so stop complaining people!
