I can’t premove

I have premoves enabled but I have a friend who can do multiple premoves a turn and I can’t. My premove doesn’t move the price to where my premove should be and any touch to the screen cancels it so I can’t do multiple. Please help me. Thanks.

The apps only support one premove and touching anywhere else on the screen cancels the premove.
