I don't remember making this move

I usually take about 5+ minutes to make my moves in online chess, unless the move is obvious or forced. I checked a game where it was my move and found this position above. I must have spent 10 minutes staring at the screen wondering how I could have made such a terrible blunder that I didn't remember even making; what line was I pursuing with Qf6? It doesn't accomplish anything and it doesn't appear to accomplish anything at first glance.

Obviously the move is perfect for white and makes absolutely no sense for black, even forgetting about Whites BSB Qf6 is taking away a natural square for my knight.I just don't remember making the move, almost certain enough to say I didn't make the move. I'm not trying to be a sore loser. I acknowledge that e6 was a mistake that gave white full control of e5, and that this was probably enough to cause me to lose, but Qf6! It's just embarassing and I honestly don't remember making the move.

Now, I'm a little paranoid. Qf6 doesn't make any sense for black and is perfect for white, instantly trapping and winning a Queen. Is there any way that white could have made the move for me as a way of cheating? Or am I just crazy? Again, I'm not trying to take the win away from my opponent, this is just really bothering me.

// but I think i can safely say that you are just being crazy. Unless maybe you shopped at Target over the holidays?

I wasn't asking for anylasis on the position, no amount of anylasis can help me turn the position from losing to winning anyway, lol. I was just asking if it is possible for someone to make a bad move for you as a way of cheating, through hacking or any other means. I wouldn't be here if I remembered making the move that I shown.
