I gain/lose less rating points from puzzles

So this has been happening for around 3-4 months, where I receive 8-9 points for getting a puzzle right (at 90%+), and lose 8-9 points for getting the puzzle wrong. I used to gain/lose 16 points if I was correct or not, does anyone know why? I'd like to go back to the original 16 points.
