Hey guys. I was playing a game today, and in a critical position, I got kicked out of the game with the "Abandon" reason. It's really funny, because I was just playing, and less than a minute had passed since my last move. I had no other browser tabs open, and no one has access to my account. Can anyone help? Is it possible to recoup my lost rating? Thanks.
P.S. I tried contacting support, but Chessica is flooding me with boilerplate responses, and it's impossible to get a response from a real agent.
Your description indicates you got disconnected. Without seeing the game, it's harder to say explicitly why
