I have two concurrent subscriptions on the same account?

Im trying to upgrade to platinum from gold, however when i click on upgrade it says that I have two subscriptions one gold one platinum both ending on different dates and both $6.99.

For some reason it won’t allow me to upgrade to platinum and says i’m a gold member. Can someone help me?

If you purchased through the Apple store, you should be able to manage that through your subscriptions. That works weird and allows multiple purchases.
