I keep getting banned for sandbagging or aborting games

So far, its ok for me. But the other guys should try.

It’s doing it again. I sign in. Start game. Webpage crashes.

Odd. Does it only happen for games you start against humans, or does it crash when you try and play a bot too? If it also crashes against the bots, you could try a test challenge first, and see if it works before looking for a human game. It might also provide some more information for them to use in trying to work out what is going on?

This literally just happened again. I send in just now using an iPad. Select new game. It loads the webpage like I am about to either move or the human opponent moves. Then, the webpage crashes, and immediately thereafter I get the pop up message that the game was aborted. I NEVER aborted the game. So, I try to start a game again. Same thing happened. Webpage crash. Them pop up box showing that I aborted game. Over and over and over. Until I get banned. Then, go through the entire process to get reinstated and warned not to abort games. Ugh!

It did it again today. Log in. Start game. Webpage crashes, and chess.com shows page indicating that I aborted game. No, I didn’t.

I just logged in and the chess.com app did it again. Started a game and I can’t move. Then, seconds later it says that I failed to move. Game over. Booted. Somehow, the server is just not registering that I logged in when I hit play. A developer needs to look into this. This last episode happened on an Apple iOS device.
