I keep losing when my opponent doesn't move?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but both yesterday and today I have been playing in 15+10 minute games, only to have my opponent disappear on me during the game before making a move. I made a move, my opponent's clock ran down to 5 minutes-ish, and then it gave him a win by abandonment, kicking me out of the tournament?! The same thing happened yesterday, both times while I've been playing as White on the V3.0 interface. Is this a glitch or what the heck is going on? I'm fine in the first round, but in the second round today, and the third round yesterday this happened.

Are you on v3? I've been seeing that recently.  What happens is that you are actually not connected. If you make a move and your opponent hasn't moved within 30 seconds then you might actually be disconnected. Do a force refresh and it should reconnect you and you'll probably have to make your move again, if you are white.

You might have to close out of Live, do not withdraw, and get back in but I've had success with the refresh.

Not sure if it is a bug with v3 or what but it seems to happen quite a bit.

Yeah, I think this is a problem in v3, as switching back to v2 made it go away. Thanks for that advice.
