I lost because the app detected ‘Walking away’

Twice today I was in a 10 minute game and I lost because I was out of the game screen for less than 10 seconds. Don’t you get a minute before it’s considered walking away? I just clicked on a text and answered, took 5 seconds max and the other player was still moving.

Leaving the app game screen abandons immediately I think.
