I lost my Diamond membership

So, I spent the over $100 fee to get the diamond membership for a year, and today it just randomly disappeared. What can I do to get it back?

I also lost my diamond membership. I was saving some analysis, but then suddenly it said upgrade to save. I was confused but then I messaged Chess.com about this both on Gmail and this website, but I got no response.

It can take time to get a response. Right now it's 1-5 days.
