I need help! Support AI is stuck after self-reporting alt account!

So recently, I have self-reported myself to the AI support for having an unauthorized alt account, I was unaware you needed permission. After that I later learned that I have been accidentally sandbagging, specifically in my alt account because I was playing against my friend who has a lower elo than me, but when I tried to self report myself to the AI again it didn't respond and I haven't received any confirmation email. My account names are: DVC_Pawn, and PixelatedPawn1331.
