You will have to contact a human mod to get the response
Self-reporting I guess means appeal the way you appeal is to contact a human by telling the chessica bot
If you know that and you are saying it is just stuck or it’s not responding, that is actually an error that is trying to be resolved
My advice is to just keep trying to get answers till you finally get something
Or you can message the Ai again if you only reported with one message just do another one and there is a chance it will respond

So recently, I have self-reported myself to the AI support for having an unauthorized alt account, I was unaware you needed permission. After that I later learned that I have been accidentally sandbagging, specifically in my alt account because I was playing against my friend who has a lower elo than me, but when I tried to self report myself to the AI again it didn't respond and I haven't received any confirmation email. My account names are: DVC_Pawn, and PixelatedPawn1331.
