So,after I sended email to support to reopen my account and submission for my second account,they just reply auto and im still not acess to my old account yet,and when I tab the help button,it doesnt appear and I was try multiple time and failed,so Im posting this to need help from all pp and chess staff,thank you so much if you can helping me
Did the support tool say you would be contacted? If so, it should have provided an estimate on when you would receive a response.
