I played against a cheater and they never got banned. Why?

I played against someone who was watching my stream and they were a 400, over 1000 points lower rated than me and they still won with 95% accuracy and I didn’t even make any mistakes or blunders or misses. I reported them two days ago and yesterday and they still aren’t banned. They’ve won against other players with a much higher rating than them and they even beat the 3200 engine and Martin’s wife. They’re definitely using stockfish. Why aren’t they banned? His username is [removed]
