Do I have to delete one of the accounts, as I know its cheating to use multiple accounts or is there something else. I have really good stats on different things on both accounts, so I don't want to delete one, but I still want to comply with the rules.

Any help would be appreciated

Applying only gives you a new account, I want to register an existing account as a second account

You should be able to use the same process to get existing accounts approved. Barring that, use the Support option in the menu to ask about it
