Not too sure where to report this. I tried chating with assistance bot bit ot was clearly no help. My last game ended in checkmate by my opponent but it clearly wasn’t. Where can i report this? I have a screenshot of the said mate. But can’t seem to post it here. Please help

That's checkmate. You're being checked by the knight and bishop. On a double check, the only option is to move the king, and your king has no legal squares to move to
