Neither account nor its data will disappear after 30 days if you close your account yourself

If an account has been inactive for 3 years then another premium user may request its name:

Maybe one day we will see this user again

So I heard some of my friend said that if I lock my account,next 30 days if I don't reopen it,my account or data will disappear,is this true or not,Im really need some answer
