I'm pretty confident the site won't add a no premove mode (or setting)

I am posting this here and inquire about how someone can make this topic known to the development team of chess.com. I would like sincere consideration to allowing players play a rated game on chess.com without the premoves feature active. After all there is a widespread perception of cheaters on this site and what was pointed out by a titled player to me before was likely the belief that someone was cheating verses myself , they were making much faster moves was likely the " cheater " using the pre moves feature and I didn't. Likely I got burned again most recently in a similar manner because if the opponent wasn't actively using assistance ( cheating ) then I am fairly certain pre moves were made. I have tried the premoves feature as it is. It's a confusing mess. Therefore chess.com prides itself it's caught xyy cheaters before and touting the reporting feature and their anti cheating methods. As indicators of a good site to play chess with. I Therefore assert it would benefit both chess.com and it's player's to have an easy to understood method to play a rated game without the pre moves being active for both players. It's extremely frustrating to have a overall solid game and then lose the game in the last 20 seconds when you had the time advantage when someone did premoves and another didn't. In my most recent game that occurred. So , if the person I played wasn't actually cheating I am sure the player was using premoves at the end to " win". So it would help the integrity of the game and the chess.com " cheating " perception to address the topic of being able to provide a rated game for players without the premoves controversy avenue. Thanks!
