Impossible to Create a New Forum

The system says the topic has been submitted - but it doesn't show up anywhere. I have tried using IE8, Chrome and Firefox: same result.

In fact, there's a 10 minute lag before the new topic appears. If you repost, you'll end up with multiple copies.

Are you using Firefox as your Web browser?

The problem was at chess.com's end - not with my browser - on this occasion. I mainly use Chrome - but I checked using both Firefox and IE8.

I used Chrome for about a week and then switched to Firefox because it was giving me all sorts of problems. Although you do say that Firefox gives you a hard time as well...

Maybe you can just restart your computer and see if the problem continues?

I had something somewhat similar yesterday where two posts (in a row) I'd posted a reply to just disappeared straight away. I figured they'd just been deleted immediately, because one of them posted a game that was ongoing, and the other one that had just finished in an ongoing tournament, but maybe it was a related problem.

Don't know why everyone is blaming it on Chrome. I use it, and I have NO problems.

Could be. In this case, though, the posts turned up after a little while. I've seen other topics that were duplicated - probably for this same reason.
