Impossible to get in touch with support

Hi all,

I've been sending mails to support@chess.com and via the help button following the steps through the chatbot but its literally impossible to get in touch with someone. You just dont get any answer.
Its really scandalous at this point that after weeks you still dont get any help or answer.
What should i do ? Any suggestions ?

That email is no longer in use

On the chat bot, be sure to ask your question with as much detail as possible. If the bot doesn't provide a good answer and doesn't offer to open a ticket then try something like contact an agent

I literally tried anything in my power for weeks and weeks mate. Im pretty sick of it. It all started before my account got banned for no reason. Even after the appeal, no answer.
I've had loads of bugs, never got any reply. Always described the issue in details in the chatbot. Till weeks ago, ive always received mails from support@chess.com from shaun/mia. Now i dont get any answer. Its strange.
I seriously feel extremely disrespected at this point. A few days before the ban, i extended my diamond premium membership for just €62,50 a year. They had a promo a couple weeks ago. Guess what ? This is also gone.
