Incorrect amount of games in my Insight tab

First of all I would like to say I really, really enjoy the new Insight capabilities on chess.com happy.png.

But I do see a difference in the games that are being shown and the amount of games I actually played. For example: I set the dates to encompass all time in all my rapid games (I played 345 games of Rapid), but it only shows 338. Is this a glitch? The same is with my bullet games (I played 20 and it shows 19).

I was wondering if other people have the same issue here or if there's something else.

Could it be that some of your games have been lost on time only after one or two moves? In such games there is nothing to analyse so they wouldn't count.

Games have to be at least 10 moves I believe, to be counted for insights.

Thank you for the response, that might indeed be it. I've completed some games in 4 moves. Although that would be a great insight as well, to see how much games you won (or lost) with a scholar's mate or something happy.png

for me the insights tab registers 40000 games from years before i even created my account.

You don't have insights. If you view the page without a Diamond membership it shows Hikari's Insights.
