I just encountered a rare puzzle (#1352002): https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/1352002
This puzzle's answer can't really be known without knowing the state of the 50-move rule, and such a state is not given on the problem page. I think such information should be given on the problem page.
Additionally, I don't know if it applies to any current problem, but in case it might apply in the future, I think solvers should also know the castling rights of each side.

I've asked about that before and I don't believe any information is planned to be added. Basically, if you see a puzzle that is mate, no matter what, the goal is to find the fastest mate.
For castling, I know I've seen a topic where a puzzle would have a different solution if castling was possible. Since they mostly come from real games, the normal puzzle convention, where if castling like okay possible it is, can't be relied on
